Processing Time
We produce everything in-house in Dallas so we can make sure every piece is lookin’ freaky fresh! We normally ship orders within 5 business days from when the payment was received.
I Need It and I Need It Now!
Totally feel your pain. But not to worry once we ship your order you should receive it in 2-4 days. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.
This means the total time it should take after you place your order until you’re wearing it is 2 weeks.
All orders ship out of our headquarters in Dallas.
Returns
We offer free U.S. shipping and returns on all non-custom products including all artist designed products. Full refunds are available within 30 days of your order on unworn items. Email denimink2021@gmail.com to initiate the return process and receive a pre-paid return label.

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! If you would like to exchange for a different size it has to be done within 30 days of your order, unworn and in new condition. We handle the return shipping fee to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible.
No Funny Business
All returned or exchanged items must be returned unworn, with all tags and in new condition. We thoroughly inspect each item for any wear or damage. Any returned items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without refund.
All Design Your Own Denim INK products are custom made and therefore non-returnable.
To make sure they are everything you imagined and more please double check the following:
1. Make sure the size is correct.
All denim jackets are unisex. Check out our size chart here. Unisex sizing runs true to size. For an oversized look you may want to size up.
2. Make sure the design is exactly how you want it.
Zoom in on that preview to be absolutely certain! If the preview looks blurry, the image on the jacket will look blurry. Make sure the image file size is at least 1 MB.
3. Make sure the shipping address is correct.
You don't want someone else wearing your custom creation and trying to take all the credit for your hard work!
